HOW DO YOU DEVELOP BESPOKE STAFF UNIFORMS?
We start with your brand and the needs of the people wearing the clothing. From there, we develop designs, fabrics and samples. We work with you to refine the fit, performance and construction before production begins.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Depending on the product, production can start from 100 units per style and colour. Minimum quantities vary with the materials and manufacturing requirements. We’ll talk through your plans and establish what’s possible for your collection.
HOW MUCH DOES A BESPOKE COLLECTION COST?
The cost depends on the products, fabrics, quantities and development work involved. We discuss your ideas and budget, agree the scope of the project and prepare a quote based on what you need.
WILL WE SEE SAMPLES BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes. We use samples to review fabrics, fit, construction and finishing details with you. This gives you the chance to assess the products and agree any changes with us before production starts.
CAN WE REORDER ITEMS LATER?
Yes, you can place repeat orders whenever you need them. We’ll confirm minimum quantities, materials and lead times for each item. If you expect to reorder regularly, we can plan for this when developing your collection.
WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES MADE?
We work with manufacturing partners in Europe and further afield, with a preference for European production. We choose the right partner for your products, materials and construction requirements, taking quality, budget and timescale into account.
HOW LONG DO DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TAKE?
Timing depends on the product, fabric availability and the development work involved. Our European manufacturing network supports efficient production and shorter lead times. Shorter transport routes also help reduce delivery times for customers in Europe. Let us know your target date early so we can agree a realistic schedule.
DO YOU MANAGE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY?
Yes. We coordinate manufacturing with our production partners, along with quality control, packaging and logistics. Together, we agree which stages we’ll manage and how your products will be delivered.
WHICH TEXTILE STANDARDS CAN YOU SUPPORT?
The relevant standards depend on your materials, products and requirements. These may include OEKO-TEX® certifications, GOTS, OCS or the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). We agree the requirements with you from the outset and identify the documentation needed to support them.
