Preamble

Studio ARTVÉA stands for responsible brand development, strategic consulting and high-quality corporate fashion concepts. Our business activities affect people, organizations, supply chains and natural resources.

This Code of Conduct defines the binding principles that guide our actions and outlines the standards we expect from our business partners. It forms the foundation for collaboration built on integrity, reliability and long-term trust.

For us, quality is not merely a design aspiration — it represents a comprehensive responsibility.

This Code of Conduct is aligned with internationally recognized standards, in particular the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

1. Integrity and Lawful Conduct

Studio ARTVÉA is committed to conducting its business in a lawful, transparent and ethical manner at all times.

Corruption, bribery, improper advantages, anti-competitive practices or any other unfair business conduct are strictly prohibited.

Business decisions are made solely on objective criteria and in full compliance with applicable national and international laws.

We expect our business partners to uphold the same standards.

2. Responsible and Reliable Partnerships

Our business relationships are designed for long-term collaboration.

Contractual commitments must be honoured. Communication shall be open, respectful and professional. Disputes are addressed constructively and with a solution-oriented mindset.

We expect our partners to demonstrate the same level of accountability, transparency and commitment to quality.

3. Respect for Human Rights and Labour Standards

Studio ARTVÉA recognizes internationally accepted human rights and expects their full observance throughout the value chain.

In particular, we expect our partners to:

  • prohibit child labour

  • prohibit all forms of forced labour

  • prevent discrimination

  • respect freedom of association

  • ensure fair and lawful working conditions

Working environments must be safe, dignified and transparent.

4. Health, Safety and Working Conditions

We expect workplaces to be designed in a way that protects the health, safety and dignity of all employees.

Applicable occupational health and safety regulations must be observed. Risks shall be assessed and appropriate preventive measures implemented.

5. Environmental and Resource Responsibility

Sustainability is an integral element of our entrepreneurial philosophy and our design approach.

Studio ARTVÉA is committed to the responsible use of natural resources throughout the value chain. Our high quality standards encompass durability and a consistently demand-driven production approach.

We follow a clear principle of preventing overproduction.
Production is carried out exclusively in line with actual demand. Individualized concepts and precise planning ensure efficient resource use and prevent unnecessary environmental impact from the outset.

High-quality materials, thoughtful construction and long-lasting products are essential components of reducing environmental impact in a sustainable manner.

We expect our business partners to:

  • comply with applicable environmental laws

  • minimize emissions and waste

  • promote resource-efficient production methods

  • ensure transparency regarding environmental standards

  • continuously improve their environmental performance

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

The protection of personal data as well as confidential business, design and project information is of fundamental importance to Studio ARTVÉA.

We comply with all applicable data protection laws and expect our business partners to do the same.

Intellectual property rights must be respected and protected. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or disclosure is prohibited.

7. Supply Chain Transparency

Our business partners are expected to uphold the principles defined in this Code of Conduct within their own organization and, where appropriate, throughout their supply chains.

Studio ARTVÉA reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event of serious or repeated violations, including the termination of business relationships.

8. Reporting of Violations

Concerns regarding potential violations of this Code of Conduct may be reported confidentially.

Studio ARTVÉA ensures that individuals who raise concerns in good faith will not suffer any disadvantage as a result.

9. COMMITMENT
